Fully furnished room in Menlo Park

Starting in mid-September and lasting through June of 2014, my roommate and I will have a room for rent in our 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment. We are an easy three-mile bike ride from campus and a convenient half-mile from downtown Menlo Park.

The room comes fully furnished with a large and small bookshelf, a dresser, couch seats, a desk, floor lamp, fan, and a mattress, and it includes a large closet to boot. We also have a storage closet provided by the complex.

The rent is $1000/month and includes utilities, cable, and internet. Please note, this is the cost for one person. We are open to accepting two roommates at a lower cost per person per month.
