I'm looking for someone to rent my nice apartment in Menlo Park during July.

The apartment is located very conveniently in walking
distance to the shops in Menlo Park (Live Oak Ave). Both campus and SLAC can be
reached in a ~15 min bike ride.
It has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, large balcony, and a
parking space.
The rent per month is 1250$ incl. water. Internet, gas and electricity will be additonal ~60$. Laundry facilities can be used in the house free
of charge. The apartment is fully furnished.
