Furnished 1 bedroom (of a 2 bedroom) apartment is available for sublet May 1st through July 1st (flexible)

Single occupancy / no pets / no smoking
The apartment is centrally located in the beautiful, quiet and safe "Linfield Oaks" neighborhood in Menlo Park

The other, smaller bedroom is occupied by a quiet and clean Stanford couple

Cleaning responsibilities of living room, kitchen and bathroom spaces are shared by occupants

Included:

• 1 master bedroom with queen size firm mattress (beding not included)

• 1/2 of my personal storage space (closet, dresser, bathroom, kitchen and desk)

• Furnished bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and patio

• Free parking for 1 car

• Free on-site laundry / dryer

• Hardwood floors, sunny and airy

Not included:

•Utilities (will be approximately $50 / month for wifi, gas and electric)

•Second, small bedroom (occupied by couple)

•Applicable cleaning fees ($100 deposit required in case the space is not cleaned)

Terms:

• $1,850 total rent - $925 / month - due in advance

• Additional $100 deposit for cleaning due in advance (will be returned if space is cleaned before end of lease)

• Subleasee will be responsible for any damage to furnishings or apartment (except natural disasters, of course)

• Subleasee will be respectful of other tenants and neighbors

• Subleasee will sign a sublease contract with landlord of apartment and be subject to credit check and reference request
