- Lush backyard with firepits, a hammock, and an occasional visiting cat
- Close to expressways (280, 85, Foothill), <20min drive to campus
The housemates:
- Three other late 20s/early 30s male housemates in science/tech academia and industry (they are very friendly :) and always beat me at board games)
Rent breakdown:
- $1,552.18 per month
- About $90-110 for utilities
- $1430 security deposit
