Looking for single professionals with stable job or graduate students/postdoc; respectful and thoughtful for housemates' schedule; financially responsible and keep the shared area and own rooms clean.
*About the room:
- Sized ~150sf includes a cute bathroom (shower, new toilet, new paint, one window)
- Hardwood floor, new paint, crown molding
- furnished (queen size bed/new mattress, wardrobe dresser, desk/chair, bookshelves)
- Additional private entrance from the side gate. Microwave and mini-fridge can be provided if you do not use the rest of the house (main entrance, kitchen, laundry room).
- Utility included in rent (Comcast standard channels, wifi 105 mbps, water, electricity, gas, garbage, sewer.)
- No smoking, no drug, no pets.
- SINGLE occupancy/NO COUPLE. No overnight guest.
- 6 months lease. To move in, first and last month rent $2400 and deposit $1000 (refundable deposit to cover any potential damage, cleaning if required). Short-term $1300/month.
- 4 bed/3 bath 1600sf single family house with front yard and backyard. New or refinished hardwood flooring and new paint in most of the house done this Summer).

Easy access to 101, 237, and Central Expressway yet no traffic noise. 10-15min walking distance to Lucky, Starbucks, parks, and laundromat. Close to major tech companies ( <2 min drive to new LinkedIn, 10min to google, ~12min to apple, ~20min to Stanford Medical center, ~5min to downtown restaurants/shops/gym). 10min bus (every 30min) to Caltrain station.
- Share with housemates kitchen and living room. Designated cabinet space; just bring your own cookware and dining ware. (Light cooking preferred.)
