The apartment would be shared with me -- the property owner -- and my goldendoodle puppy as co-residents. The room is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, nightstand, and dresser. The bedroom measures approx. 110 sq. feet (10' x 10'). The apartment has an eat-in kitchen, shared coin-op laundry and a storage closet for a seasonal items in the basement.

This cozy bedroom is perfect for someone with few belongings. It's also in an ideal location for flight attendants, Logan Airport employees, traveling nurses and anyone working in the Seaport, Downtown Boston, or north of Boston.

ABOUT ME:

--afro-latina female, in early 40s

--work in the nonprofit sector, hybrid schedule

--chill personality, looking to live with someone who is easy-going, great at sharing chores around the house

--hobbies: interior decorating, hiking, gardening, reading, kayaking, Latin dancing

--I own a medium-sized, female Goldendoodle puppy. She is about 30 pounds and will grow to 40-50 pounds. She is super sweet and loves to play with everyone.

PET POLICY:

--Open to new roommate bringing an additional pet (1 dog or cat) of their own as long as he or she is well-behaved and gets along with my puppy, too.

--Must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.

MOVE-IN:

--$1100/mo rent includes all utilities and heat, hot water. --

--Must sign a lease (either month-to-month or 12-months)
