Furnished bedroom available in a two bedroom, one bath apartment near the San Antonio Shopping Center, on Del Medio Ave. Approximately 10 minute walk to the San Antonio Caltrain station, Marguerite SE stop, and VTA bus stops. Walking distance to restaurants, numerous grocery stores, Target and Walmart. Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living space with a delightful young professional couple, both recent Stanford grads. Apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom is furnished (as pictured) with a queen-sized bed, desk, side table/shelves, a chest of drawers, and also features a large closet. Limited parking is available in a gated residents' lot, but ample street parking is always available. Apartment complex has shared laundry facility (card-operated), a nice swimming pool, and lush green courtyard.

We are very clean and respectful of common spaces, and we would like someone who is similar in that regard. Older students (masters, PhD or post docs) or recent grads with full-time employment preferred. We are pretty laid back, don't drink very often, and prefer low-key dinners with friends to more rambunctious parties. One of us is a fisheries scientist working for an international NGO, and the other is a software engineer who works on data visualization platforms.
