Furnished Bedroom on University Ave. Available in September

This clean, furnished room is available from September 4 to September 18. The large carpeted bedroom will be completely furnished and comes with a large closet and window. You would have access to the rest of the house, which will be furnished with all necessary appliances, furniture, etc.

There is ample parking and cable internet available and the house is located in a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood right off of University Avenue. We're within biking distances of Stanford University and Menlo Park.

Rent is $35/day, which includes everything (internet services, utilities, etc.). Deposit will be $100.

Preference will be given to females. Animals, smoking, and drugs are not allowed. Please email me the dates that you are interested in.
