Furnished Bedroom on University Ave. Available September 7-20

This room is available from September 7 to September 18. The large carpeted bedroom will be completely furnished and comes with a large closet and window. You would have access to the rest of the house (shared bathroom), which will be furnished with all necessary appliances, furniture, etc.

There is ample street parking and cable internet available and the house is located in a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood right off of University Avenue. We're within short biking distances of Stanford University (10 minutes) and Menlo Park (5 minutes) and have a Marguerite station 2 blocks away. You can also walk to the Caltrain station at University Ave.

Rent is $35/day, which includes everything (internet services, utilities, etc.). Deposit will be $100.

Preference will be given to clean, tidy, and considerate females. Pets, smoking, and drugs are not allowed. Please email me the dates that you are interested in.
