If you wish, your place can come furnished with a desk, queen mattress, lighting, a small and large bookshelf, and handmade bed frame. Your bedroom is large, with plenty of closet space and a private bathroom. Our unit is part of a small townhouse community with other friendly, young working professionals. We're on the second floor with no apartment below or above. Parking space included. Visitor parking is plentiful.

Amenities: Beautiful new Clavinova piano and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy available for play. Apple TV is available in the living room. I’m also happy to share my board games and PS4. Laundry is a short walk across the courtyard.

Location: 10 minutes from NASA and Google. 3 minute drive or 20 minute bike to Sunnyvale and Mountain View Caltrain stops and downtowns. We’re only a few minutes out from every major freeway (101, 280, 237, 85) making it a central stop for about anywhere you’d like to go in the Bay.

Cost: $1500/mo rent, $25/mo wifi, ~$50/mo electricity, free water/trash, and ~$70/yr for renters insurance. There is a one time refundable fee for the security deposit ($1250). Rent due 2/1. Security deposit payment timing is flexible.
