-fully furnished & decorated (however, rooms for rent are not furnished!)
-has free and accessible street parking (neighborhood is very safe)
-has new appliances (including 2 new TVs, dishwasher, washer and dryer)
About me:
-female grad student, work part-time
-clean and respectful
