I'm looking for a summer subletter for the master bedroom in my spacious 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom apartment. Apartment is spacious, and fully furnished. There is a pool on site and lovely balcony. House is fully-furnished, and the rent includes all utilities (Water, Electricity, Comcast Hi-Def Cable + DVR, Hi-speed WiFi).

The apartment is conveniently located right at San Antonio Shopping center, and a quick walk to San Antonio CalTrain center, for easy commute to Stanford.

You will have your own private bathroom, attached to bedroom. Cost is $1200/mo with all utilities included.

Roommate is quiet, responsible male.

Dates are somewhat negotiable.
