The Master bedroom has its own attached private bathroom with a shower, and a view onto the back garden. It comes fully furnished with a king size bed, a table + monitor, ideal for home-office, as well as a great armchair for reading and relaxing to music. Everything is less than 6 month old and would be needed to take over by the new tenant.
This gorgeous home includes a large communal living room (outfitted with a projector for your gaming and tv/movie watching needs), a dining room, a kitchen with all appliances (most under a year old!), a washer and dryer, a fenced, private back garden with a bonus shed for storage.You'll also have a designated parking spot in the driveway. The household values cleanliness as well as sociability, is LGBTQ-welcoming, and 420 friendly. Also open to pets, although we value you openly communicating with us before moving in.
Conveniently located off University Drive, with easy access (1 minute from home!) to 101 North and the 101 South, 2-3 minutes to the Dumbarton Bridge. Generally a beautiful ~20 min bike ride to Stanford Campus.
The space will be available starting Monday, September 21, but will be open to negotiation to possibly move in a week earlier.
