Bedroom available in two bedroom one bath apartment in Redwood city. The bedroom apartment is close to Caltrain (12 minute walk), and about 5 miles north of Stanford's campus.

Ideal person: Either Male or Female roommate would be fine. Ideally I would like someone who is clean and respectful and also works a typical schedule.

About the roommates: I am a 29 y.o. Male and a staff member at Stanford. I typically go to bed early (9:30-11pm) and wake up early (5:30-6:30am). My partner is a 26 y.o. female staff member at Stanford who also works a similar schedule. We also have a 7 y.o. Golden Retriever Mix, who is super chill and loves everyone (he never barks or licks, he really is an amazing dog).

Length of lease: Flexible- May 21st, 2016
Rent: $1400 per month + 1/3 utilities (internet, water and energy)
