Private bedroom available in a 2500 sq. foot, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in a renovated neighborhood on the edge of Palo Alto. Along with the room, you'll have access to one of the attached garage spaces. There is also an office space that is currently unused and available. The bedroom currently has a mattress, but can be replaced with your own if you have one. The rest of the home is well furnished for comfort. The kitchen is large and open, with an island and updated appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the home.

The location is great! We are very close to the 101 which makes commuting around the Bay much easier. We are also located walking distance to a Target, Home Depot, and IKEA. 10-20 minute drive (depends on street traffic) to Stanford. 10 minute drive south on the 101 to Costco, Best Buy, and Bed Bath and Beyond. 10 minute drive or Uber to Downtown Palo Alto / Palo Alto Caltrain Station.

Currently, there are two guys living in the house. Both young professionals working in the Peninsula area, and both clean, respectful individuals.
One works at a consulting firm and is active. He likes to play / watch sports, relax to some TV, go explore the local bar scene, or take a weekend to Tahoe.
The other works at a start-up. He's very laid back, likes to watch sports or any type of TV, and frequently visits SF and SJ on the weekends.
