My room on Alma St. by Loma Verde in Palo Alto is available for sublet after 1/11, start date flexible. My roommate is a (male) Yale '16 grad and current Google engineer.

Rent is good for the size/location ($1400 + gas/water, 925 sq. ft, 10 minute bike ride from Cal Ave Caltrain, 20 minute bike ride from campus). The lease is up in August 2019, with option to renew. Plus I will give you all my earthly possessions (mattress and frame, maybe a shelf).

Attached are photos of the living room, kitchen, and the bedroom that is available. There is also a front yard shared among the other two units (though they never use it), a smaller, private side yard with some plants, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a covered parking space in the back.
