Furnished room available in Menlo Park, 6 month lease

Hi!

We have one room available in our 5 bedroom Menlo house on Valparaiso and Franks Lane.

We are recent Stanford alums working in the area at companies like Google and Facebook. We have a big garden in the backyard with a bbq and fire-pit, a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Maid and gardener come once a month (included in rent - just need to add tip). There is plenty of parking on the street.

The room gets ample sunlight. You will be sharing your bathroom. Minimum one year lease.

Immediate move in, flexible on exact date. 6 month lease. No pets allowed.

Rent is $1499. Utilities not included (between ~$50 - 80 per person). Security deposit of $2600 to landlord and an additional $100 for the furniture (mattress, table, chair, storage cabin, mini-fridge) to the current tenant.
