• Share furnished home and yard with two professional females. Share main bath with one female (mid-20s).

• Room is furnished with a queen bed, linens, desk, dresser, mirror, bookshelf, large closet, ceiling fan, outside door.

• Home has Internet, Roku (to login to any subscription content service), a Chromecast, and a broadcast TV antenna for a few local channels, but no paid Comcast or other TV service. A monitor or TV are available for your room too.

• Back yard has a locked gate and shed storage for a bike or sports equipment. A bike is available to borrow as needed.

• Red Morton Park (one block away) has a gym, athletic fields, lighted tennis courts, community center and more.

• Street parking only (readily available, no permits needed).
