Located about 2 miles from Facebook, Highway 101, CalTrain and downtown Menlo Park, 5-6 miles from Stanford Palo Alto and just 2 miles from Stanford's new facilities in Redwood City, it's conveniently located whether you're a student, intern or professional.
Seeking friendly, considerate, non-smoking, kind, and animal-loving person (one) to share my home; lovely backyard deck; fireplace in LR; separate family room; driveway parking; washer/dryer in garage. Central air and heating. Unlike many rental situations, I invite you to enjoy the whole house, not just a bedroom. This means full access to all common areas of the house and yard. FYI, I currently have a cat and may be adopting a dog in the next couple of months.
Room is 11'x10.5', furnished with queen-sized bed, 6' closet, large armoire, antique nightstand, small desk and a SMART TV. New carpet. Towels available at no extra charge.
$1,350/month rent includes all utilities (gas and electric, water), Internet and DirecTV; plus housekeeper every other week. Preferred six month lease to start, then month-to-month. Asking first month + $700 deposit.
