Furnished room (couples welcome) downtown Palo Alto

Hello everyone,

I am looking for someone to take over my room in a house shared with three other guys, starting on June 1. The place is on University Avenue, next to downtown Palo Alto.
We're all in our mid to late 20s and work professionally in Tech or at Stanford. We hang out from time to time and get along really well.

The rent is $1500/month, all utilities included except a cleaner who comes about once every two months, although we keep the place very tidy. Please see the pics that show the room for rent, the bathroom and the kitchen (with brand new stove and cooking material).

The bathroom is shared with one other person and we have a shared living room as well.

Currently, I’m sharing my room with my fiancée: it is quite big and fits a couple perfectly.
Since I'll be leaving, I'm also selling the furniture in the photos for $300 (bed, couch, 2 tables and the drawer, together with 2 comforters and bedsheets). The Deposit is $500.
We're a 5 minute walk to downtown Palo Alto, a 10 minute bike ride to Stanford's campus, and a 10 - 15 minute drive to Facebook and Google. Downtown has a Whole Foods, the CalTrain, and much more. There's also a Safeway that's on El Camino Real.
