​Hi! We are looking for a roommate to fill a furnished room in the Cahill Park community, right next to downtown San Jose.

Location:
Facing the park and NEXT to the San Jose Caltrain and VTA light rail station.
Whole Foods is ONE BLOCK away. Similarly, we are within 10 minutes walking distance to CVS, Chipotle, other shops on the Alameda, and the SAP Center. Street parking (non-permit) is available, but limited.

Room:
The room is fully furnished with a full sized bed, large desk, and chair. Approx 100 sq ft. The closet is huge. Bathroom is shared with one roommate.

Rent:
$1000/month. Rent includes cable, internet, and water
Shared utilities: electricity and gas, garbage, and cleaning service (~$75-100/mo)
Due at signing: first month's rent + $500 (security deposit)

Available:
November 1 (9-month lease preferred, but open to discussion)

About us:
We are working professionals (male) in our 20's. During the week, we work regular hours. We tend to keep the place tidy, but we are generally pretty easy-going. Our schedules are pretty busy, so most nights are relatively quiet.

Looking for a responsible third roommate, preferably someone with similar interests. Sorry, no couples or pets please. Also, smoking is prohibited in the complex.
