Furnished room in quiet, tidy house (redwood city)

Furnished room for rent from october (maybe sooner) until about the end of february.
Redwood City hills, near 280 exit Farm Hill Blvd.
The room is about 11'x13' (3.5m x 4m) plus a closet.
Shared bathroom (tub, tiles) with very clean male.
Furniture includes bookcases, full-size bed, desk, table, lamp...
Lots of kitchenware available.
Also some sheets, blankets, etc.

We are looking for a quiet, responsible, tidy professional/student to
share with 3 professionals in a nice, quiet, spacious 4BR/3BA house with lots of fruit trees.

Wireless Internet. Cable tv. (Both free of charge)
Washer, dryer
State-of-the-art kitchen: dish washer, garbage compactor, oven...
Large living room with fireplace, communal tv set and stereo...
Large patio, fruit trees.
Parking in the street.
The swimming pool has been shut down due to the drought.

$975 month plus utilities (about $80 each).
First + last + $550 deposit to move in = $2,500
Month-to-month rent (one month notice to move out)

Housemates are responsible, tidy, international, social and friendly,
but very independent.

male Italian writer/lecturer (owner of the house, vegetarian),
23-yo male Stanford student
23-yo male Vietnamese student
30-yo female Chinese writer (moving out, but coming back sometime in 2018 when she gets a new visa)

We are looking for someone very responsible/tidy in the common areas.
If you are not super-clean in the bathroom and the kitchen, this is not for you.
No pets, no smoking/drugs (inside or outside).
Although not a requirement, none of us drinks alcohol.
