Looking for an awesome housemate to sub-lease my room. The place is in Santa Clara, 3 bed,2.5 bath, quite spacious. We get our place cleaned every other week. the room is furnished with a queen bed and mattress, wardrobe with pant hanger, shoe racks, shelves, desk and chair.
We are young professionals working at Facebook and Google. We are pet-free, non-smoker, don't do drugs, pretty chill / laid back. we are quiet but outgoing and very friendly. we don't usually cook during the week and only cook maybe every other weekend or so. We sometimes go for a hike over the weekend or biking across golden gate.
looking for someone to sub-lease my room, it will be available July 1st. the rate is $70 nightly, or $400 weekly.
