A single bed, a table and chair, a book case, dresser, closet, linen and bedding.

Very light cooking (ie. Salad, sandwich) 1-2 times per week, prefer No kitchen access
Plenty of street parking.
One person only occupancy
No guests unless approved. Shoes off in the house. Quiet and clean person.
No PETs, no smoking, no heavy drinking, no drugs, no loud noise.
$1280/month including ultilities, wifi, and bi-weekly cleaning service.
