There are two rooms and 1 bathroom available in a newly built family home. These two rooms can be rented separately or together. The house is located in a quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood, near Middlefield road and Embarcadero road in palo alto.
Near transportation (public bus, free palo alto city shuttles and Stanford Marguerite shuttle stop), 1.6 miles to Stanford (10-15 minutes bike ride), 1.5 miles to downtown and Cal train station (shuttle bus C or E, or easy bike ride). Plenty of street parking.

Laundry access weekly.
Very light cooking.
Single occupancy only.
No PETs, no smoking, no heavy drinking, no drugs, no loud noise.
No over night guests or frequent visitors.

The room with private entry is furnished with a single bed, a table, a chair, mini fridge and microwave. The other room with shared entry with the main house is furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, bookcase, and dresser. Both rooms have closet and built-in cubbies.

The rent includes Utilities , WiFi and bi-weekly cleaning services.
$2100/month for both rooms or
$1200/month for the room with private entry,
$1100/month for the room with shared entry.

Deposit $1500/room. Screening fee: $35/person
