1 furnished bedroom shared bathroom with a separate entry in a newly built house. located in a quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood, near Middlefield Rd and Embarcadero Rd in Palo Alto. Furnished with a single bed, a table, a chair, lamp, a Mini fridge and a microwave. Linen and bedding are provided. The room has neutral paint and beautiful hardwood floor. You will share the full bathroom with another very nice Stanford female. Near transportation (public bus, free Palo Alto city shuttles and Stanford Marguerite shuttle stop), 1.6 miles to Stanford (10-15 minutes bike ride), 1.5 miles to downtown and Cal train station (shuttle bus C or E). Plenty of street parking.

Laundry access weekly.
Utilities and WiFi are included.
Very light cooking (ie. Salad, sandwich), prefer No kitchen access.
Single occupancy only.
No PETs, no smoking, no heavy drinking, no drugs, no loud noise.
No over night guests or frequent visitors.

The rent is $1200/month including all the utilities, WiFi and bi-weekly cleaning service for the common rooms.

Deposit $1500. Screening fee: $35
