We have a private bedroom available in a large and lovely 2B1.5B apartment (more than 1100 Sq Ft), It locates on the third floor with two elevators in the 75 Arch Street Apartment in Redwood City, which is one block to EI Camino Real and close to RWC Downtown.

The bedroom is 13 ft x 12 ft and has a super comfortable queen-size bed, a big closet with mirrors, a side table, a comfortable couch, a reading desk, a chair, and a floor lamp. Only you use the private second bathroom (basin and toilet), and you take showers in the full bathroom. We recently update our internet to 1000 Mbps, which is excellent for people working from home (during the pandemic). Coin-paid laundry rooms on site. Neighborhood street parking without time limits.

The location is excellent for commuters: 10 mins walk to RWC Caltrain station, 1 mile off the 101 Freeway, and 2-mins walk to bus stops (ECR, 95, 295, 397 & 398). It is also super convenient for dining and relaxation. 10-15 mins walk to good restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, Safeway, Wholefood, UPS, FedEx, banks (Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi, BOA). Costco and Target are 1.5 miles away. There are also three beautiful parks within walking distance.

The room is ideal for professionals/students seeking serenity and focus. Microwave and light cooking is ok. Not ideal for a couple, no overnight guest, and no pet (sorry).

The bedroom is available now. The lease is flexible, and the long term is preferred (with 30-day move-out notice). The rent is $1280/mo. + $70/mo. for all utilities. The deposit is one month. A short-term lease could also be considered for $350 per week.

We are a couple working at Stanford University, non-smoker, no drugs, laid back. We are quiet but outgoing and very friendly. We have a small baby (3 months old) and he is quiet and cute.
