Furnitured master room with private bathroom in 2B*2B house-Menlo Park

This is a large (280 sqfts) master room with good sunshine. The master room has private bathroom and separate access door so you do not need to share with someone else. A queen size bed with a newly bought mattress from Ikea is ready to use. There are also two big closets, a desk, a shelf table, a bedside table, a floor lamp and a desk lamp in the room.

Kitchen is fulfilled with utensils, pots and open access for use. Please feel free to use anything in the kitchen and just make sure to clean them after you use. Washer and dryer are located in laundry room.

The house is a 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom. It is located in Fremont St, Menlo Park, CA, which is 0.4 miles to Downtown Menlo Park, 1 mile to Stanford Hospital, 0.7 miles to Safeway, 0.7 miles to Caltrain Menlo Park Station, and 2.2 miles to Stanford Oval. It is a very nice location and also near Stanford free shuttle C/BOH line stops. There is high speed internet (Wifi) and air condition in the house.

RENT: $1900 per month (water and garbage are included) and one month rent for security deposit. It is really a good choice for people who work in Stanford School of Medicine. It is also convenient for people who work near the Caltrain. A couple or two persons are also welcomed if you are really nice. The master room is available from Dec.1st, 2015. We can also consider a short term rent for people who just arrive at here and want a place to stay.

We are all young and visiting researcher/postdoc at Stanford who are quiet and easy going persons. We want to share the beautiful house with someone who is nice, quiet, respect and no smoking.

厨房是公用的，有足够的新的厨具、刀、锅、微波炉、电饭煲可以共同使用。每次使用完需保证清理干净，洗衣机和烘干机在洗衣服，位置在楼梯口。

整个房子是一个2室2卫2厅的结构，位于Fremont Street, Menlo Park, CA （可以在google map上查询一下，地理位置很好）。距离Menlo Park 繁华区0.4 mile，到斯坦福校医院（School of Medicine）1 mile，到safeway 和 Caltrain Menlo Park Station 都是0.7 mile，不管是生活、购物还是出行都非常方便。距离斯坦福免费的shuttle C、BOH 2条路线都很近，其他路线的话，走路15分钟就可以到大部分的shuttle 站点。

房租是每个月$1900 （水和垃圾费已经算在房租内），保证金（押金）是1个月的房租。对于在斯坦福医学院工作的人来说是最好的选择；对于公司距离Caltrain很近的人来说也很方便。夫妻或2个人也可以考虑，因为房间很大，而且有单独的卫生间，很宽松。主卧从2015年12月1日开始出租（前后几天可以商量）。如果是刚到这里需要找一个地方落脚，我们也可以适当考虑（前提是要符合对租客的要求）。

我们是在斯坦福求学的博士后和访问学者。我们都很安静，很好相处，主要的时间都在办公室。我们希望和好相处、相互尊重的人一起相处。拒绝吸烟。
