Grad student looking for on-campus sublet or nearby housing

Hi!
I'm a 27 years old grad student at SLS from Italy. I am looking for an accommodation for the Fall quarter, starting on August 31 and ending on December 18 (dates flexible). The housing must be at biking distance from campus (2-3 miles max) and there should be a laundry on site.
I'd prefer to share the house with other students (either male or female, no gender preferences) and a sublease on campus would be even more welcome. I am willing to spend up to $ 900 for the rent (up to $ 1000 in case of a sublease on campus).
As for myself, I am a quiet and clean person, sociable but very respectful of other people's privacy.
