I have a room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment available off Alma St (crosses near El Verano Ave and Oregon expressway) near downtown Palo Alto. The room is open for move-in the weekend of September 19-20. I am looking for someone to rent for a full-year.

The spacious apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with a sizable open floor plan with nice natural light. There is an open living/dining room, a contemporary kitchen, and new condition carpets.

The room available fits a queen bed with room to spare (nightstands and dresser). There is a nice-sized closet in the room with floor to ceiling mirrors and 2 living-room closets to share. The bedroom is unfurnished (can potentially be furnished as well).

-The living room and dining room are already furnished with beautiful furniture
-Newish 6-month old furniture of huge round dining table, L-shaped large couch, 60-inch tv & stand, and 3 bar stools
-Contemporary kitchen and newish appliances (fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave) with newly installed granite counter-tops and wood floors in the kitchen and bathrooms
-Secured building with plenty of STREET parking (on wait-list for additional parking spot, ample street parking otherwise)
-Cost of $1775 includes rent and furnished apartment (except bedroom)
-Additional costs include utilities ($35-50/person a month), super high-speed Internet ($35/person a month) separate, and a maid once a month (~$35 a month)
-Includes access to small gym, 3 pools and plenty of washer/dryer units on-site
-2nd floor apartment with outdoor stair walk-up to the apartment

Location is pretty central, especially those looking to go to Stanford and Palo Alto. Quiet inside apartment and complex right next to a new Grocery store/Starbucks

I am the roommate and am a laid back, generally busy, professional girl in my late 20s. I graduated from Harvard undergrad and work in private equity/finance investing in tech companies. I am looking for another professional/grad student, non-smoking roommate who is ideally laid-back and clean in common spaces. Sorry, no pets and no live-in partners.
