Great living room with all furniture for $750 in 2B/1.5B house

The house is in Miller Ave, Mountain View, which is 3.6 miles to Stanford and 0.4 miles to San Antonio Shopping Center( Safeway/Walmart/ Trade Joe's/ Target. It is a very nice location and so near to Stanford SE free shuttle stops.

Now a big living room which contains a balcony is available to rent. The total size of the house is 1050 sqft and is a two story unit. Two bedrooms and one bathroom is on the second floor.

The tenant who will stay in the living room has a separate bathroom in the first floor besides living room and share the whole bathroom (take a shower) in the second floor with people who leaves in the two bedrooms. A full size bed is ready to use. There are also a new book shelf, a big clothes closet and a desk in the living room for tenant to use. Unit has 1 carport parking space and available for tenant to use. Washer and dryer are located in laundry room.

Monthly rent is $750 per month and security deposit of $1000. Water, garbage and use of washer and dryer fee are all included in the rent.

Tenant pays for PG&E (gas and electricity) and Internet which is all divided into per person.

The living room is available at Oct.10. If you want to move earlier is also ok.

We are all young and male visiting researchers at Stanford from China who are so easy to get along with and warmhearted.

The tenant should be single, no pet and no smoking. People who is interested in Chinese Culture are more welcomed!
