Great room in Rains during summer 2016 - newly renovated apartment

I have a great newly-renovated room in a 2-bedroom apartment (male) in the wonderful grad student area of Rains. It is available to sublet from about the 16th of June until September 20th (or any part of that time- dates are negotiable). Utilities are included. I also have dishes and all sorts of kitchen appliances that I will be leaving for you to use at leisure. The apartment is as close to campus as you can get. Full size bed. Quiet but social. If you're looking for a place, this is ideal. Cost is $1000 per month (normally $1083) with a $300 security deposit. Let me know as soon as possible if you are interested.
