One of the roommates is moving out and we have a great bedroom to offer.
12' x 8' (96 sq ft.)
Furnished now with full size bed, dresser, night stand and floor lamp. Can be unfurnished if you prefer.
The main kitchen is large.
Two bathrooms for a total of four roommates, so you'll only share with one person.
Laundry on site.
Great location, right next to the Dutch Goose, Starbucks, Lulu's Mexican Restaurant and Luttickens deli.
Post office, yoga studio, dry cleaners, Avanti Pizza all right across the street.
Safeway a few blocks down the road.
Close to Stanford and Menlo Colleges.
Looking for a single guy.
No pets.
Having significant others over occasionally is cool.
Current roommates are mid twenties and at Stanford.
Wifi, PG&E and water included in the rent.
Month to month, first and last to move in, hoping for at least a 9-12 month commitment.
Available Mar 1st.
We are a pretty laid back and low key group.
We all respect each other's space and the common areas.
No dedicated parking, but there are plenty of spaces right next to us, parking easily has never been an issue.
