Great Studio 2 Apt for sublet ($1000 per month for a $1300 room)!

I am currently living in Rains 2 bedroom. However, due to renovations in Rains, I am being moved to fresh clean Studio apartment temporarily in mid June until mid September. I will be away from campus for most of the summer and so I want to sublet that room. However, the rent for you will be the same as the cost of the cheaper apartment, saving $300 per month.
