This house is located in one of Redwood City's best neighborhoods. Enjoy the close proximity to downtown, major highways like 101, El Camino Real and 280. In addition, it is walking distance to local business centers & grocery stores, parks. This house is located only 2 miles away from CalTrain, 6 miles away from Stanford and Downtown Palo Alto.

You'll love it here--everyone is super friendly and respectful. We love the idea of creating an inner home culture that is supportive, understanding, and communal. We share all the common areas equally, love to kick it together on the weekends, and have family dinners at least once a month.

The room's available July 3rd, but we're open to moving it around a bit if that date doesn't work for you.

We would like to avoid party animals; those who are rude, arrogant, or feel entitled; and people who smoke (off the property is okay with us!).
