A charming South Bay home with a backyard, garage, and balcony - rare for the area! This home is 5 min. away from the Mountain View Caltrain station, and is close to the 101, 85, and 237 for convenient commute access.

The house is located close to main streets (Middlefield Rd, Whisman Rd), while conveniently tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Downtown Mountain View - Castro Street is only 2 miles away.

You'll love it here--everyone is super friendly and respectful. We love the idea of creating an inner home culture that is supportive, understanding, and communal. We share all the common areas equally, love to kick it together on the weekends, and have family dinners at least once a month.

The room's available February 15th, but we're open to moving it around a bit if that date doesn't work for you.

We would like to avoid party animals; those who are rude, arrogant, or feel entitled; and people who smoke (off the property is okay with us!).
