Hellooooo! We are looking for a shwanky male or female to join this rockin' house of friends!

Spacious, beautiful home in the heart of Redwood City. Walking distance to the CalTrain and downtown Redwood City, which has grocery stores, shopping, theaters, restaurants, and bars. The house has built-in speakers in the kitchen for listening to music while cooking, a large mounted flat-screen TV and wet bar in the living room, and comes fully furnished! The yard is well-kept and will be regularly serviced!

You'll love it here--everyone is super friendly and respectful. We love the idea of creating an inner home culture that is supportive, understanding, and communal. We share all the common areas equally, love to kick it together on the weekends, and have family dinners at least once a month.

The room's available October 1st, but we're open to moving it around a bit if that date doesn't work for you.

We would like to avoid party animals; those who are rude, arrogant, or feel entitled; and people who smoke (off the property is okay with us!).
