My two roommates are sadly leaving this quarter and now I need to fill their shoes. The place is in a great location on Alma, brand new appliances (dishwasher, fridge stove). Comes with a flatscreen, furniture, bar, etc. We have a driveway and a garage plus lots of street parking. Rent for the master room with walk in closet is $1500. Rent for the other room with a smaller walk in closet $1400. If couples are interested it would be $1000 per person.

Need to find one person to fill Dec 10 to end of July... And another person to fill from January 1 to end of July. I am a EE masters at Stanford and will most likely be in Latin America for most of your sublet. Anyway if you are interested drop me an email.
