- Private 10x10 east-facing room on third floor, shared bathroom with J (who is super clean and considerate, and expects the same from you)
- Shared areas: Washer/dryer; large kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, granite countertops; dining area; living room; garage; balcony with hammock
- House feels new (built in 2012)

- Easy access to 101 and Central Expressway
- 5-20 min drive to Google, Apple, LinkedIn headquarters
- 5 min walk to Planet Granite climbing gym (for all you climbers out there! 1.5 min if you sprint...)
- 5 min drive / 20 min walk to downtown Sunnyvale (Caltrain, restaurants, bars, bookstore, Philz, Saturday farmer's market, etc)
- Extras! 1 min walk to the best gas-station Indian food truck experience in California! 2 min drive to the best outdoors shop in the Bay Area! 3 min walk to Fair Oaks park and the best skate park in Sunnyvale!
Who we are:
- J works in finance and has a knack for making delicious Asian-inspired food creations. She loves yoga, climbing, making ice cream, and is always down to try new things with friends. Most recently, she dabbled in woodworking. What's next? Only time will tell.
- K is a designer with a love for color and pattern. She loves traveling, makes a mean cocktail, and if you need a book recommendation, she's better than goodreads! She is an architecture and urban planning bookworm and she keeps up with the Kardashians.
- S has a propensity for tinkering in tech and neuroscience, and is usually found adventuring outdoors somewhere. Her favorite thing about this housing location is that it's right next to the best climbing gym in the Bay Area, and her dream is to sell everything she owns and travel the world climbing everywhere with nothing but a backpack.
