Share a relaxed environment on Southern Potrero Hill while you work from home or commute to Stanford. A 12’ x 12’ bedroom awaits you in this two bedroom apartment . The apartment has a washer and dryer, a single bathroom with tub + shower, shared kitchen/living room, a small side deck with a westward view overlooking the Mission towards Twin Peaks and a private backyard. The shared spaces are partially furnished with the basics, but there is room in set up your own living room or work environment. The rent includes gas/electric/water plus wifi internet. 

There is easy street parking if you have a car and swift access to Hwy 101 & 280. The Muni bus lines 10, 19 and 48 all stop at the end of the block and it’s15-20 walk or 5 minute bus ride to the 22nd Street CalTrain station.
