House share in Los Altos for female Stanford grad student or postdoc

I need to leave my wonderful room plus private full bathroom in an upscale house in Los Altos, close to downtown, off Los Altos Ave. 20min bike ride to Stanford campus.
You will share this large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house only with the 39-year old female owner. Large backyard with great wifi signal out there and table/chairs.
Rent $1580/month, includes utilities. Earliest move-in date is June 18th, 1year lease preferred. Only for females, no smoking, drugs, or pets.
