housemate for 2B/1BA apartment, June 1st, Palo Alto (est. 1300/month)

I am searching for a housemate to extend the current contract for a 2bed 1bath apartment for another year. The move in date would be June 1st. The apartment is located at Curtner ave, Palo Alto. The location is convenient for commute as it is 20mins biking to campus and stop for bus 22 (24 hours) is right at the end of the street. The rent is 2450/month which we will split (1225/person); one month rent deposit is also required, internet and utilities cost around 160 dollars/month (80 dollars/ person). I have attached photos, please be advised that your room comes unfurnished, although I have an additional sofa bed that you are welcome to use in your room until you sort your furniture out. Please also note that most of the furniture in the common area also belongs to my current roommate.

I am a male second year postdoc. I am a non-smoker and I do not have a pet. My hobbies include swimming/ biking, astronomy and reading/watching sci-fi. If you are interested drop me an email about yourself and any questions you might have.
