Housemate Needed Spring Quarter (1400 College Ave)

Hello,

My name is Helen and I am moving out of my house (1400 College Ave) on March 30th. I am looking for a subletter for spring quarter. The house is great - it is still close enough to campus to bike, and the street is lovely. You would have your own bedroom (attached is a picture of it) and share a bathroom with one other housemate. The house also has a living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. I am currently living with 3 awesome housemates (Patrick, Lisa, Shannon) all recent graduates who have jobs/do research on campus. Rent is $825 a month, and with utilities it is around $875-900 a month.
