Housemate sought to share 2 br house in Los Altos

This is a 2 br, 2 ba, 2-story house on an acre of land, behind a large home, beautiful Hawaiian landscape. 5.5 mi from Stanford campus.
Available bedroom and bath are downstairs and are not furnished, all other areas are. Upstairs are my bedroom and bath, a second small living room and loft/office. Mud/storage room with washer and dryer downstairs. Kitchen is well stocked. Gated property, we park our cars inside gate.
Seeking someone who can commit to stay 2+ years.
