You don't need to hang out all the time, but if you are open to sharing a meal or a hike - that’s great!
Additional considerations:
This is a pet-friendly home (I have a cat and, on some weekends, my boyfriend's little dog visits they are both super friendly but shy). We use eco-friendly products around the house and cook pretty healthy (CSA boxes are a thing here!) - it would be great to live with people who appreciate the same. Please, no smoking.

Room available now - lease starts when you move in and runs to March 2017. We will be staying for 3+ yrs - rental agreement can accommodate shorter postdoc research term stays. Housemates are added to lease. No subletting. Must have personal references and good credit. A $25 application fee for background and credit check is required by property management company. The pics show the master room empty but common areas & kitchen are furnished.
