[HOUSING] $1200 private 1b1b in a 2b2b apt in Palo Alto from May15

Hi there,
I am leaving next month and think someone may like my apt. It is private 1bedroom/1bathroom in a 2b2b apartment located in Wilton ave (closed to EI Camino Real), Palo Alto. Only 2 miles from Stanford University. The rent is $1200/month + utilities (usually less than $40 for one person because the landlord also helps to pay for part of the utilities). The shared area for the 2b2b apt includes but not limits with 1 big living room, 1 well equiped kitchen, 1 storage room, 1 garage downstairs (smaller for a car but good for storage ), 1 lively private garden (grows Tulipa, potato, orange, bamboo).Laundry: Washer and dryer are in a common area of another garage and shared by 4 families. For the parking, you can park your car either in the front of the apt or just street parking. I would like send you more pictures if you are interested.

Current Roommate: The roommate is a quiet and clean Stanford postdoc fellow who works regularly on campus. In his spare time he would like cook some Chinese foods and do sports, and also enjoy watching some Chinese TV shows in the weekends.

We are looking for a new roommate who is:
Always making efforts for a better world;
Chinese Speaking;
Single with no pets, no smoke, no criminal records and good credit;
Quiet, friendly, clean.
