I would like to rent from Aug 7 to Aug 26 for $700(negotiable negotiable depend on the location/house).
My girlfriend and I want will stay there.
We both just graduated and just need a place to stay for Aug.
(She is now working so will not be home most of the time)
We're very clean and quite(not party animal whatsoever), easy going persons.
