I am a female doctoral student seeking a room close to Stanford with hassle-free parking and with a female roommate. I'm looking for a quiet place to study, and also not far from Menlo Park (Willow Road exit), Palo Alto Hills and Los Altos (Rengstoff). I currently pay $700, would like to pay something comparable, and would prefer a 6-mo lease.
