HP laptop I purchased while overseas. It has English as the main keyboard but also has the Russian/Cyrillic keyboard. Currently has Windows 10 on it. The charging plug is european but I can give you an adapter.
Only reason for selling is because I don't need it now that I'm back in the States. My loss is your gain.
