Huge Master Bedroom w private bathroom available for 6wks May16-Jun 27

I'm subletting my bedroom for the dates above. You will be sharing a 4-bedroom house with my three housemates (all Stanford grad students). The bedroom will be furnished. The house is in a very new neighborhood in East Palo Alto near University Square Park. It's about a 25 minute bike ride to Stanford Campus. There is a 2-car garage and plenty of street parking. You also have access to the whole house including full kitchen, living, washer and dryer in the house.

The price is roughly $1400 per month, so $2000 for the whole 6 weeks + $300 refundable deposit including all utilities and wifi. I may be able to start a week or a couple days early.

I would like to sublease to someone who will be able to pay the full amount + deposit up front. My roommates are very respectful, quiet and clean, but also very social and friendly. We are looking for someone who is the same.

NO pets, smoking, or drugs please.
